Banner and Graphics

We need some design work. You must have examples or you will not be considered. This can be repeat work if you are a good designer for business websites.
Banner ads, headers, icons, page design, etc.
This is a business website modeled on www.cnn.com but is a B to B website for business consulting services.
Banners can be animated. Colors are red, white and blue and yellow and gold.
Budget: $30-$250 USD
