Convert JPG dental lab slip to AI for Print

Convert exiting JPG dental lab slip into Adobe Illustrator, print quality document. Realign all the items, icons, grids and text fields. Change the color scheme to blue. Use only 2 colors – black and blue, for easy print. All the icons need to be converted to vectors, for high quality prints. The logo will be provided in the AI format. The design to be 8 1/2 X 11, landscape layout. Sync and readjust font sizes and styles.
