Typography and image Photoshop design

The concept of this design is "Well Done Is Better Than Well Said"

i have attached two pictures to give an idea of what i am looking for

the image i want to use in the design is two thumps up facing each other like the ones shown in the first picture attachment (that has the red background)

i want the layout and typography part of the design to be like the second picture attachment

so the design should basically look like the second attachment but instead of the two hands shaking it will be two hands giving thumbs up
